How it Works

 How to Order takes just 4 EASY STEPS to Receive your medicaton!
 

1. Select your medication

Varies ways on how to pick your medication from the left hand side of the Homepage.

- Search Product
- Top 5 Products
- Product Categories

-Pick the medication by clicking on it; it should take you a page where you will see different quantities for the medication. Then Choose "ADD TO CART"

-Click on "CHECKOUT" from the Float Cart on the top right hand corner.

-It will take you a page called View Cart, where you will see what medication and quantity you have selected. If this is not the medication or quantity you wanted, click on Remove to go back and pick another medication. If this is the product you want click on "CONTINUE CHECKOUT".

  2. Make an Account (REGISTER)

Now you will need to make an account, Click on "REGISTER" it is simple and easy.

  3. Fill out consultation questionnaire

Fill out our secure online consultation questionnaire and sumbit your order!

Step 1 of 3: Questionnaire - click on "CONTINUE CHECKOUT"
Step 2 of 3: Choose Payment Method - click on "CONTINUE CHECKOUT"

Note: When paying for prescription medication an authorization HOLD is placed on the card and the transaction is not finalized until after the doctor has completed consultation and has approval the prescription is written.

1. Customer places an order using a credit card.

2. A link from Authenticate.com is sent to the customer to verify a government issued ID and submit a selfie for verification.

3. Once the customer verifies their ID and selfie, the order is sent to Customer Service for order review to send to the doctor.

4. If doctor approves the order, the payment is finalized, if the doctor denies the order approval, customer is not charged. Once payment is finalized it sent to a U.S. licensed pharmacy to be fulfilled and shipped. The customer is then provided with a tracking number.

Step 3 of 3: Review / Submit Order (Make sure all information is correct)
- Choose your Shipping Method and Type the letters you see in the image below and click on "SUMBIT YOUR ORDER".

  4. Receive your Order

If approved by our doctors the pharmacy will fulfill your prescription and it will be shipped to you via FedEx. Login to "MY ACCOUNT" to get real live time order status and tracking information.
